I had a bad experience visiting this shop. When I first arrived I could not open the door. I called the number I was given to ask if they were open, the gentleman that answered seemed to have a bad mood. I was told to use the door on the left (his left; the one I tried to open at first). I went to the left as he said and knocked. Then the person yelled at me: "Hey I told you to use the door on the left"
When I entered the building, everything was disorganized and the attendant's attitude was offensive.

Great guy, honest work! Highly recommend and will be going back if I need more repairs in the future.
My car has been at this shop for over 2 months now. It went in needing a new motor which should take about a day.. maybe a week if you keep putting it off. not only is he dodging my calls and sending me to voicemail but when I do get ahold of him he promises me a day and then when that day comes, he stops returning my calls. I was referred to him by a friend so I did pay him in full, I learned the hard way not to ever do that again. I will never do business here again and I will be spreading the word about this shop.
Before leaving, I asked him if he could fill my tires with air and his response was: "Go to Kwik Trip, I'm not going to stop what I'm doing to get you air".
